Yesterday I had my first jury meeting for Managementboek van het Jaar 2022 (Management book of the year 2022). We introduced ourselves and agreed how we would handle the judging process. Now I know five other people who love reading as much as I do 😊.
What this boils down to is that I am going to read even more books in the coming months! I’ve already started on the first pile of sixteen books 📚.
It’s interesting to read about a wider range of topics that I would normally do. My current book pile covers change management, marketing, sales, innovation, diversity and HR.
It’s going to be a fun challenge how to fit in the reading next to my regular work. Then I am going to apply the new insights to my regular work.
